Conciair is a platform that enables vacation rental hosts to provide additional, locally sourced, services to their customers during their stay to offer a more complete hospitality experience. We are at your service!
Hosts
Hosts are the backbone of Conciair. When we started this project we wanted to empower hosts with a way to uniquely differentiate themselves in their rental offerings. Through Conciair hosts can a la carte what services they would like to offer in their rental. Maybe it’s a small place and that host only wants to offer groceries or maybe the rental is a massive cabin fit for catering to a large number of guests. In the latter example maybe they offer a bartender, a bachelorette party planner, a chef or even an event planner. The idea is for the host to be able to offer services through our platform to their guests. The service providers are verified, scheduled, and paid entirely through Conciair.
Our goal is to help hosts differentiate their property in an increasingly competitive market, while making the entire process as easy as possible.
Local Service Providers
Local service providers are the second key piece to the Conciair puzzle.
The goal of Conciair is to connect vacation rental guests with local service providers. This presents two unique opportunities!
- The first is obvious, in that guests can improve their stay with added services provided by local artisans, start-ups and family-owned franchises.
- The second and the most important for this post is for the service providers. By joining our platform, the service providers are given access to an additional revenue stream by reaching customers they might not have on their own.
Guests
Guests are the final piece to the Conciair puzzle!
Everything we are doing here at the end of the day is to fill a gap experienced by guests. We initially started under the idea of, “What if when you went up north on Friday, the fridge in your rental was already filled with food?” That idea has brought us here today, to fill that gap and then some.
We hope to provide our guests with everything local service providers are willing to offer.
